Immigration Crimes ,A Saudi Arabia national, Abdulrahman Sameer Noorah, was put under house arrest in June 2017 following his charge in the death of 15 years old Fallon Smart but was nowhere to be found nine days to his trial despite having a U.S. Marshals Service GPS ankle monitor on. At the time, Noorah was in the US on a student visa as a student of Portland Community College.
