Illegal Immigration ,Honduran admitted his presence in the US is unlawful following West Virginia State Police.
30-year-old Honduran, Elmer Hernandez, will be detained for up to two years following his admission to an immigration crime in Beckley federal court. He pleaded guilty to the felony offense of re-entry of a detained Immigrant.
