Indian-American Man Charged with H1B Visa Fraud

Immigration Fraud ,Kishore Kumar Kavuru, a 46-year-old man with India origin, was arrested last Friday and charged with several counts of fraud in relation to H-1B visa and mail. Appearing before US Magistrate Judge Susan van Keulen, Kavuru received 10 counts of fraud for visa and mail according to a press release by US Department of Justice.
The fraud is in connection with a plan to ensure the pool of foreign workers....
