Five individuals, three of them from India and two of them from Bangladesh, allegedly forged a rent contract of Ajman Municipality for bringing wife of one the accused on residence visa to UAE.
They arranged a rental contracts for attaching it with application of residence visa for bringing his wife in the UAE.
With the help of three indicted and one fugitive, they managed to get a fake contract of lease that has got logo of Ajman Municipality.
They enclose the fake contract with application of visa and send it to the department of Residency and Overseas affairs of Dubai. But the employee of the department had discovered that contract was fake.
When the applicant was queried about the legitimacy of the contract, he confessed that he had got it by paying 4500 Dirhams and information he gave was not right. He told that he required a rental contract for sponsoring his family.
According to Ajman Municipality in the UAE, the contract was fake and the stamp that was used on the contract papers are not in use.
The court would announce its decision on 25th May 2016.
