The local parliament in the United States passed a law into being that forbids police authorities and other law enforcement bodies from holding a victim of criminal activities on the grounds of migration law violations. The law was put forward and enacted by a Los Angeles lawmaker and agreed upon in the assembly on a poll that ended 69-1. It is currently heading to the senate house. Present laws of the state forbid officials from holding witnesses to a racial related criminal activity ongoing against the laws or in suspicion of migration crimes. Of also forbids officials from handing over witnesses to federal officers for prosecution. On Tuesday, a representative said the law supports the protection of migrants who come into the nation without proper documentation and as such supports equity for all in society.
