Two Persons Accused Of Immigration Fraud In Canada

The Canadian Agency for Border Services (CBSA) has declared that two individuals posing as an immigration consultants were called to appear before court.  Two of them are facing three charges under the act of immigration and refugee protection of Canada (IRPA) and two charges under illegal code.

One person was detained and appeared in the court at court house of Montreal and he got a summons to appear in court.

These individuals are charged of counseling individuals for misrepresenting data in their application of immigration and claims of refugee protection, along with falsifying and utilizing counterfeit documents. They are also charged of having acted as representatives of immigration in exchange of compensation, as they are not authorized.

The CBSA has conducted the investigations and had prosecuted immigration criminals   with entire force of law. Immigration frauds are illegal act.
